NorthMarq Capital has had a long history originating, placing and servicing commercial mortgage loan products to its borrowing and lending customers.  They have grown into one of the largest and most successful national loan delivery networks in the country, originating $11 billion a year out of 28 offices throughout the country.  The Company has a strong, centralized loan administration platform, with extensive experience servicing life company, agency and securitized loans.  NorthMarq offers an extensive array of commercial loan product types and structures for a large number of investors.  Due to their unique characteristics and different investor base, credit tenant lease (CTL) loans have generally been more difficult to underwrite and place..  The CTL Product Group was created to provide NorthMarq and their borrowers with a matrix of lenders and structured executions for commercial loans on properties occupied by investment-grade, and many unrated and below investment-grade tenants. 

The Group is designed to be a one-stop shopping clearinghouse for all real estate mortgage loans structured around or enhanced by a lease on a credit tenant.  This includes pricing, sizing, underwriting, application and/or commitment processing, closing, placement and servicing.  Developers and borrowers will be able to draw from a number of NorthMarq-branded CTL loan products to meet their unique construction and permanent financing needs, in most cases starting with a NorthMarq application.  The programs have the additional following characteristics:

• Ability to engineer the transaction to maximize proceeds.
• Extended loan terms and amortizations beyond what is typically available.
• Ability to employ tax exempt/incentive structures and to finance unique assets.
• Will provide quick quoting and application processing on well known credits.
• Construction to permanent loan financing under several programs.
• NorthMarq will perform the servicing and/or trust services in most cases
